Marcom Assistant (75%)

A global company in the medical device field is looking for a sharp, proactive and creative Marketing & Marcom Assistant to join its growing marketing team.

This is a dynamic, junior-level role with exposure to a wide range of marketing activities – from content and design to data processing and operational support. A great opportunity to grow and learn in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage website content (WordPress)
• Work with email marketing platforms, lead databases and Excel reports
• Design newsletters, presentations and marketing assets (Canva / Photoshop)
• Provide ongoing support for exhibitions, campaigns, and global initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
• Experience with design tools – must
• Technical orientation and fast learning ability
• High level of English – must
• Organized, responsible, and action-oriented

Big Plus:

Familiarity with WordPress | Email platforms | Google Analytics | AI tools
