Customer Support - 100% Remote

As a Customer Support, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

?Who Are We

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.

We are working 100% remotely.

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

:Responsibilities

Provide customer support via email and video meetings (screen sharing), and by phone in exceptional circumstances .

Manage and resolve technical support issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience providing customer support for SaaS companies

Experience providing technical support in writing, via video meetings, or by phone

Strong written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
