We are a tech company specializing in system integration and development of business tools, seeking a Tech Recruitment Team Leader to lead our team to success!
Location: Ramat Ha-hayal, Israel
What the role is about:
- Leading the tech recruitment team and managing the E2E recruitment workflow
- Professional guidance, driving processes, and streamlining the recruitment system
- Working with senior management and the company’s clients
- Hands-on technological recruitment
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least two years of experience managing a recruitment team - a hard must
- Experience recruiting for tech positions in outsourcing - a must
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and manage multiple stakeholders
