Head of Applications Team at a Leading Academic Institution in Ramat Gan

Position scope: 100%

Reporting to: CIO

Job Description:

Overall management of all organizational applications, including:

• MICHLOL (academic administration management)

• LMS (including Moodle)

• Administrative information systems (Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources)

• ERP Priority, Microsoft 365 applications, and system integrations

Leading technological projects:

Business needs assessment, process analysis, implementation, user training and support.

Improving computerized work processes and writing procedures.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in application management in an organization with over 200 users

• Experience in specifying and implementing integrations (SOAP / REST API)

• Ability to work with BI systems and write SQL queries

• General understanding of programming languages

• Experience in writing specifications and procedures

• Experience in testing processes (QA)

• Fluency in Hebrew, high level of English

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

Information Systems / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems) / another relevant field

 כפיפות: סמנכ"ל מערכות מידע 

תיאור התפקיד:

ניהול כולל של כלל היישומים בארגון, כולל:

•  מכלול (ניהול מינהל אקדמי)
• LMS (כולל Moodle)
• מערכות מידע ניהוליות (שכר, הנה"ח, משאבי אנוש)
• ERP Priority, יישומי Microsoft 365, וממשקים בין מערכות

הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים:

• אפיון צרכים עסקיים, ניתוח תהליכים, הטמעה, הדרכה ותמיכה במשתמשים.
• שיפור תהליכי עבודה ממוחשבים וכתיבת נהלים.

דרישות חובה:

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול יישומים בארגון עם מעל 200 משתמשים
• ניסיון באפיון ויישום ממשקים (SOAP / REST API)
• יכולת עבודה עם מערכות BI וכתיבת שאילתות SQL
• הבנה כללית בשפות תכנות
• ניסיון בכתיבת מסמכי אפיון ונהלים
• ניסיון בתהליכי בדיקות (QA)
•  שליטה מלאה בעברית, אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
