Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in the world of negotiation, supplier management, and process optimization, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive procurement strategy.

• Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers, both locally and internationally.

• Conducting complex negotiations to secure the best commercial terms and conditions.

• Overseeing contracts and agreements with suppliers.

• Managing budgets and inventory control.

• Collaborating with various internal departments, including Finance, Operations, and Production.

• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement in procurement processes.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Law (Master’s degree – an advantage).

• Over 8 years of experience in procurement management in a global manufacturing plant.

• Experience in international procurement and imports (China, India, Europe).

• Knowledge of injection molding, casting, machining, electronics, packaging, and more.

• Experience in team management, commercial contract engagements, and negotiations in English.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Priority preferred).

• High negotiation skills, systemic thinking, independent decision-making, and data analysis abilities.

• Full proficiency in business English (additional languages – an advantage).

• Full-time position at the company’s offices in Kibbutz Dalia.

• Willingness to travel abroad as required.
