Project Manager

Tlalim Group, a company specializing in inbound tourism to Israel, is looking for a Project Manager for an international program!

Do you have experience in project management and a background in education or tourism? Are you a native English speaker who loves working with people and knows how to juggle multiple tasks at once? We’re looking for you!

This inspiring international initiative connects Jewish individuals from around the world to their identity, to Israel, and to their families. The core program includes a meaningful seven-day journey in Israel, creating a deep personal, familial, and communal impact on its participants.

We’re looking for a project manager with a big-picture mindset, a warm heart, and outstanding production skills – to lead a fascinating project in collaboration with clients, vendors, and partners from Israel and abroad.

Location: The position is based at our office in Ness Ziona through the end of December 2025 and includes fieldwork. A hybrid work model may be possible afterward.

Scope: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate

🛠 Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with the client

• Coordinate booking of hotels, transportation, security, meals, and events

• Assign licensed tour guides and group facilitators

• Build group itineraries in collaboration with the client and the office team

• Manage existing and new vendors, and produce program content

• Oversee budget and billing in coordination with the CEO

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Hebrew – very high level (spoken and written)

• English – native-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• High level of service orientation

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in production/administrative roles
