Senior Product Designer at Fairgen

Tel Aviv (Onsite, with one hybrid day per week) / Full-time

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own product design end-to-end. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and working daily with R&D and the leadership team. You’ll play a critical part in defining the product experience that will transform how market research is done globally by turning complex data into simple, intuitive, and beautiful experience.

• Design end-to-end product experiences for our core products, from research and ideation to execution and iterations.
• Design data visualization interfaces: dashboards, charts, filters, tables, and complex interaction models
• Bring structure and process to our design workflow and help shape our design system according to best practices in Figma
• Work side by side with Product and Engineering to deliver the right products, on time and with high-quality product releases
• Push for simplicity and usability in every product decision

• 5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced software companies
• Full proficiency on Figma, including component libraries and design systems
• Proven experience in data visualization, dashboards, analytics tools, or similar
• Strong visual design skills and an excellent eye for detail, layout, and hierarchy
• A structured, responsible, and proactive working style, someone who takes initiative, moves projects forward, and thrives with clear goals and direction.
• Strong communicator: able to explain design decisions clearly to engineers and stakeholders
• Professional level English
