The Resource Development Associate will be a central part of the ISRAEL-is team supporting the expansion of our international fundraising efforts. The position offers an extraordinary opportunity to gain experience within an innovative organization, providing international exposure and opportunities for professional development. It is a full-time and hybrid position with growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Craft compelling grant proposals, reports, and donor communications—all in top-tier English.
- Create marketing content including presentations, newsletters, and branded materials.
- Support fundraising and donor engagement through research, CRM management, and outreach.
- Assist with internal operations, including admin tasks and donor recognition initiatives.
What You Bring
- B.A. Graduate.
- Native-level English with superb writing and editing skills.
- Fluent Hebrew, with strong comprehension and translation skills.
- A self-starter attitude, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Creativity, initiative, and a genuine passion for Israel and its global narrative.
