Collections Representative

We are, Reinhold Cohn Group, the leading Intellectual Property consulting firm in Israel. The firm operates in all IP areas such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, open source, plant breeders’ rights, etc.

We are looking for a full-time Collections Representative to join our Finance Department at our Ramat Hachayal office in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with various internal departments
  • Handling written correspondence in English
  • Issuing invoices and recording incoming payments
  • Communicating with clients in Israel and colleagues abroad
  • Performing deposits via designated online platforms
  • Additional administrative and financial tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in collections – mandatory
  • Experience in bookkeeping – an advantage
  • Completion of Bookkeeping Level 2 course – mandatory
  • Proven experience working in English – mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel – mandatory
  • Experience with Hashavshevet and Dokka systems – an advantage
