Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Role Overview:

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This critical role involves supporting around 500 endpoints, nearly 100 servers, and 1500 users. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to resolve complex issues, driving technological strategies, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT infrastructure within the DOMAIN environment.

- Work with Active Directory, manage VMware Clusters, and implement Group Policy.

- Lead procurement processes and manage computing and endpoint equipment.

- Oversee communications and telephony operations.

- Collaborate closely with the IT Systems Division Manager in the Tel Aviv headquarters.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

- MCSE certification is mandatory.

- Certifications/courses in CITRIX and VMware are highly advantageous.

- Experience in endpoint installation and management.

- Proficient in managing infrastructure/application projects on-site.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity is a significant advantage.

- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

- Ability to collaborate with various departments effectively.

Salary is around 18K-21K.
