Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Power Plant Operator at NILIT LTD, located in Migdal HaEmek. The "Power Plant" (Infrastructures) Operator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the power plant, monitoring and maintaining equipment, ensuring efficient generation of Steam, Cooling water, Thermal Oil, Compressed air, Water treatment and adhering to safety protocols. Daily tasks include routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting operational issues, and optimizing plant performance to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Power Plant Operations and Steam, Cooling water, Compressed air Generation
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Plant Operations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or training in power plant operation and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
