Junior Project Manager – Customer Integrations

About the Role

Insighting is looking for an ambitious and highly organized Junior Project Manager to lead our customer integration processes in Israel and the United States. This position will be instrumental in ensuring our platform's seamless deployment and alignment with customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, data analytics expertise, and a proactive approach to achieving results, including a willingness to work US business hours as required.

Objectives of the Role

• Drive the fast and efficient integration of the Insighting platform with customers in Israel and the United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and a successful integration experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and continuously improve integration workflows.
• Leverage insights from previous projects to enhance processes and deliver results that exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end customer integration process, from initial kickoff to platform deployment.
• Ensure the integrity of customer data by validating its accuracy, completeness, and readiness for integration, while identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Partner with internal technical teams to resolve integration-related challenges efficiently.
• Monitor project milestones, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress and aligning on next steps.
• Document integration workflows and lessons learned to support ongoing improvements.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in leading software projects is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work US business hours when required.
