Full Stack Development Team Lead

📍 Hybrid | Central Israel (Train Line) & North

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead to guide our development team and help deliver impactful software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, full-stack development, and collaboration across departments.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Hands-on development using .NET Core, Node.js, and React
• Design and maintain complex web applications and backend services
• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices
• Manage relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
• Encourage innovation, technical excellence, and team growth

🔧 What you bring:

• 5+ years in full stack development
• Expertise in .NET Core and Node.js
• Solid frontend skills with React
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Strong leadership in agile environments and team mentoring
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

🚀 Bonus points for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with GIS systems (OpenLayers, Leaflet, ArcGIS)
