Vice President Finance / CFO

An established global industrial technology company is seeking an experienced VP Finance / Chief Financial Officer to lead and scale its global financial operations. The VP Finance / CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage group cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and cap table administration
• Oversee the financial and operational setup of international subsidiaries
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements, transfer pricing, and global tax strategy
• Supervise legal and compliance functions across jurisdictions
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, hiring, compensation, and performance management
• Lead ERP (Priority) and CRM (Salesforce) implementation across the organization
• Develop BI and reporting frameworks to support financial visibility and analysis
• Implement internal controls and support due diligence, M&A, and investor relations

Candidate Requirements

• CPA certification
• 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles with international scope
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, transfer pricing, and international tax compliance
• Proven experience in ERP and CRM implementation, with hands-on operational finance leadership
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English
• Experience in private equity-backed companies, machinery, medical device, or technology sectors is a strong advantage
