The Role
We are looking for Sales Operation Specialist with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Your responsibility would be to monitor and track leads in the CRM system, identify errors and gaps, and maintain effective communication with the sales team. Leverage your leadership and social skills and analytical abilities and take an integral part of maximizing the Acquisitions team's (sales team) productivity.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, patient, self-driven, and committed, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
Be Accountable For:
- Maintain, monitor, track, and analyse leads. Update the CRM system, review and process leads, ensuring system integrity, completeness, and accuracy to support seamless sales operations.
- Understanding information from various sources and forming a complete picture regarding a lead/property, prioritizing, and evaluating potential. Streamlining tasks, organizing workflows, and supporting sales efforts.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to optimize sales workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity.
- Distribute leads to Acquisition Specialists actively during shifts.
- Respond to customer inquiries via digital channels, including email and SMS.
- Review old leads and restore old opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations team and ensure support.
The Right Person:
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong collaborative skills, with proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Active enrollment in psychology, information systems management, management, or related disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience with CRM systems or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Working hours/Location (at least 4 shifts):
- Sunday-Thursday- 16:00-00:00 / 17:00-01:00 / 19:00-03:00- From the office located in Hamelacha street Tel-Aviv
- Friday/Saturday - 16:00-00:00 / 17:00-01:00 / 19:00-03:00- From Home
