Mechanical / Aerospace engineering student

We are a small-size start-up, located in Kadima, Develops large, unmanned hybrid VTOL aircraft.

We are on the hunt for a passionate engineering student who is as comfortable with hands-on and out of office work as he is comfortable with precise and detailed CAD design and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed CAD part and assembly design, drawings, BOMs in SolidWorks and Conduct stress calculation. Update models and documentation as designs evolve. Being an active member of the assembly and testing process of the UAV. Support the senior mechanical engineer with shop-floor questions and field activities while maintaining organized files and adhering to revision control processes.

Required Qualifications

·       Third-year or higher BSc student in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

·       Confident SolidWorks user with knowledge of basic drafting standards

·       Availability for at least two days per week on-site work

·       Hands-on attitude with strong accuracy and self-learning mindset

·       Good communication skills and desire to grow with a fast-moving hardware team

Preferred Qualifications

·       Passion for aerospace technology

·       Experience with 3D printing or machine-shop tools

·       Involvement in robotics, Formula student, Aero clubs, or similar projects
