Elice is growing! We are looking for a talented, driven, and empathetic Sales Representative to join our team and help more women change their lives through science-based fitness and habit coaching.

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone consultations with leads interested in 1:1 online coaching
Effectively communicate the value of our personalized coaching program
Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs and motivations
Guide potential clients through the decision-making process and close sales
Maintain accurate records and follow-up processes in our CRM

Requirements:

Proven experience in phone sales (minimum 1 year required)
Preferred: Experience selling personal coaching, fitness training, or other 1:1 mentorship services (fitness, life coaching, or business coaching)
Exceptional communication and listening skills
Genuine passion for helping women transform their lives
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset
