Import Export Coordinator

Job Description:

-Handle export and import operations including shipping, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations

- Coordinate shipments, logistics schedules and delivery timelines.

- Track and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods

- Generate reports including shipping logs, backlog status

- Manage invoicing, and ensure records are accurately maintained in the ERP system (Priority)

-Monitor inventory movement related to export activities

-Collaborate with internal departments (Supply chain, Procurement, Warehousing, Service team, Finance team) to align logistics workflows

· Proven experience in logistics, Import / Export - Must

· Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade compliance, and INCOTERMS

· Experience working with ERP systems (Priority)

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

· Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
