AI Program Manager

A global software company is looking for a highly passionate and organized AI Program Manager to lead and coordinate internal AI initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the central hub for aligning AI projects with business goals, ensuring smooth execution, and maximizing impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal AI Program Office, overseeing all AI initiatives across IT and business units
• Ensure visibility, coordination, and strategic alignment of AI efforts
• Act as the bridge between business and IT, driving AI adoption and value realization
• Track project status, risks, KPIs, and budgets, and report to leadership
• Define governance processes and facilitate key decision-making forums
• Stay up to date with AI trends and identify new opportunities
• Bring hands-on expertise in deploying AI agents and copilots using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or n8n
• Collaborate with data science teams on feasibility and integration of AI solutions
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management (preferably in AI/data/digital)
• Practical experience building and deploying AI solutions
• Strong grasp of AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in both technical and business aspects of AI – required
• Project management certifications – preferred
• Experience in change management and digital transformation
• Familiarity with tools like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and n8n is a strong plus.
