We're looking for a Support Technologist to join our team in Ramat Gan, Israel, and play a key role in supporting our hardware, software, network systems, and IT infrastructure. PC Support & Lifecycle

• Build, configure, and repair PCs
• Perform IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change)
• Handle post-imaging setups and data migration

Software Support

• Troubleshoot operating system issues and install software
• Update drivers and perform virus remediation

Network Physical Support

• Provide "hands and eyes" assistance for physical network tasks
• Support cabling and infrastructure work

Audio Visual Support

• Assist with audio/visual equipment setup and connectivity issues

Printer & Fax Support

• Diagnose and resolve basic printer and fax issues
• Perform routine maintenance

Server Support

• Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading servers
• Support backup and recovery activities

Network & Systems Administration

• Help install, configure, and maintain network and system environments
• Support overall network and device administration

Project Management Support

• Participate in IT change management
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to IT standards and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field — OR — 2+ years of relevant IT experience
• Dell/Lenovo certification or equivalent practical experience
• A+ certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware and software
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with remote support tools and network topology
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment is highly preferred
