- Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
- Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics systems analysis.
- Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications and translating business needs into system configurations.
- Hands-on involvement in CRM implementation, customization, integration, testing, and user training.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service)
