Data Scientist / ML & AI Engineer

About The Role

We are building an AI-driven future at Appdome, and we need an exceptional Data Scientist / ML & AI Engineer to join our new AI Department. This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment within a growing company, where you’ll take ownership of AI and ML initiatives, build cutting-edge solutions, and influence the direction of our AI products. The role has strong leadership potential and is suited for individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Research, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Work with large-scale datasets, partner with others to create data pipelines, and develop feature engineering strategies.
• Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and production deployment.
• Develop and refine ML models for various use cases, including security, fraud detection, and automation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and backend engineers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Apply MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Utilize cloud-based ML deployment strategies, particularly within AWS.
  
  

Requirements:

What Experience Will Drive To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying ML & AI systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Dask, Ray).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangGraph, etc.)
• Experience with Git and Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and a self-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services and cloud-based deployments (Advantage).
• Experience working with MLOps tools, including model registry, experiment tracking, and model serving (Advantage).
