We're looking for an experienced backend engineer with strong leadership skills and deep technical ownership.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead a small, growing backend team.
• Build and scale complex microservices in production environments.
• Integrate generative AI models.
• Oversee secure data processing (PII) and manage CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with data, product, and frontend teams
• Report directly to the VP R&D

✅ Must-Haves

• 4+ years in backend development (Node.js)
• 1+ years as a team lead
• Strong experience with distributed systems & Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Database proficiency (SQL)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with MLOps
• Knowledge of secure coding best practices
• Previous experience in fast-paced startups
