Who are we looking for?

• 1+ year of experience in (tech) recruitment – a strong advantage

• Hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean tools

• Excellent writing and communication skills (job posts, candidate summaries, etc.)

• Highly organized, self-driven, creative, and proactive

• Background in sales or high-volume recruitment – big plus
