Cybersecurity Project Manager

We're Hiring A Project Manager- Cybersecurity & Regulatory Projects

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-organizational projects in the field of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

This role combines project leadership, collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, and the implementation of advanced technologies while ensuring alignment with strict regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity and regulatory compliance projects- from initiation to full implementation.
• Oversee the deployment of new systems and technologies while ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX.
• Manage cross-functional teams across development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity (matrix management).
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Define and manage identity and access management (IAM) processes.
• Lead the definition and operation of GRC systems within the organization.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including specifications and project status reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managing technological projects, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and/or regulatory domains.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, etc.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and standards.
• Proven experience working with financial regulatory environments- a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-organizational technological processes.
• High-level proficiency in English- spoken and written.
• Professional certifications or academic background in risk management- required.
