AI Program Manager/Tech Lead for a Leading global company! 5250

We're looking for a passionate and organized AI Program Manager Tech lead to lead and coordinate internal AI initiatives across the organization(Not a product). In this pivotal role, you'll align AI programs with business goals, ensure execution, and bring real AI impact to life.

You'll be the central point for all internal AI activities—working across business units and IT to drive transparency, alignment, and results. This is more than a coordination role—it’s hands-on: you'll help shape, deploy, and scale AI agents using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, n8n, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the internal(Not a product) AI Program Office, tracking all AI initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business needs and AI solutions
• Act as the bridge between business and IT
• Track progress, risks, and communicate outcomes to leadership
• Define AI governance standards and KPIs
• Drive steering committees and decision-making forums
• Stay on top of AI trends and recommend strategic opportunities
• Translate AI concepts into business value: from idea to prototype
• Collaborate with data teams on readiness and integration

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in Program/Project Management in AI/data/digital - Must!
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and copilots - Must!
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, n8n or similar
• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and real-world applications
• Ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passionate about AI, tech-savvy, and innovation-driven
