Site Manager - Petah Tikva

Mobileye, a global leader in smart mobility and autonomous driving technologies, is expanding its operations and opening a new site in Petah Tikva.

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Operations Division and take full ownership of the new site’s day-to-day operations, services, maintenance, and logistics. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility for ensuring a high-quality and efficient work environment.

What will your job look like?

• Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of Mobileye’s new Petah Tikva site as part of the Operations Division.
• Oversee all facilities services including cleaning, security, maintenance, logistics, and office services.
• Manage ongoing relationships with vendors, contractors, building management, and maintenance teams.
• Lead operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost optimization and service quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional needs with departments such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Security.
• Handle office supply orders, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage site budget, payments, and monthly reports.
• Ensure business continuity and emergency readiness at the site.
• On-site full-time presence, with availability outside of regular working hours when needed.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in site/facilities/operations management – required.
• Experience in establishing and operating a new site – strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree — an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and operational workflows.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
