Key Responsibilities

·      Join our finance function and manage payroll processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·      Handle bookkeeping duties including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements.

·      Regularly interact with employees and customers to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

·      Prepare various payroll and financial reports.

·      Ensure compliance with all relevant Israeli and payroll and taxation laws.

·      Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other systems.

Qualifications:

·      Certified Payroll Officer

·      Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3+

·      A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll or bookkeeping role.

·      Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written, is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

·      Expert in Priority payroll and accounting systems.

·      Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·      A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – Desirable

·      Experience in the Employment of Record industry – Desirable.

·      Knowledge and experience with Power BI – Desirable.

·      Knowledge and experience with AI Tools – Desirable.
