Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior data scientist, with strong algorithmic intuitions, background in algorithm development and significant experience in software development/machine learning engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop state of the art optimization, NLP and recommender engines, based on machine learning algorithms.
• Lead research projects, and mentor other data scientists. Gather and analyze data and identify key prediction/classification problems.
• Research data and algorithms to achieve best results for various tasks (recommendation, explanation, search, NLP and more)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, prioritize experiments, and integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
• Rapidly translate research prototypes into robust, production-ready pipelines and APIs.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied Researcher.
• MSc. in computer science, mathematics, statistics or similar.
• Hands-on expertise in NLP (e.g., large language models, text classification, retrieval-augmented generation, dialogue systems).
• Strong background in AI Agent frameworks and techniques (e.g., reasoning agents, tool-using agents, autonomous workflows).
• Proficiency with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). – Must
• Experience shipping ML-powered features in a startup or other fast-moving environment.
• Experience in Recommendation systems - strong advantage.
• A team player and a can-do attitude.
