Software Team Lead

We seek a JAVA Team Lead with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will guide a team of skilled developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment with the product team.ן

Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team starting with 4 members and expanding to 6.
• Oversee the development of SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, estimates, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Mentor middle and senior developers, fostering technical growth and problem-solving skills.
• Drive team productivity, focusing on cohesive teamwork rather than individual performance.
• Ensure implementation of adaptive Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Java development experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Management experience: At least 2 years leading development teams.
• Strong Spring framework expertise: Deep understanding of Spring-based solutions.
• Cloud architecture knowledge: Proven experience designing and building cloud-based solutions.
• English proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (advantageous).
• Ability to work on-site at least 4 days a week during the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model (2+ days a week in the office).

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):

• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience in adaptive Agile methodologies.
