Key Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of the role is to partner with Israel’s Market Head in providing support on financial performance management and decision-making process to achieve targeted NSV growth, earnings and cash through strong partnering and copiloting with business on Strategic Revenue Management, safeguarding of MAC, maximize ROI from Investments (A&CP, Displays), Overhead control, Working Capital optimization and Operating Plan supports.

• Periodic close contribution: prepare unit Business Review deck
• Provide analysis on Unit periodic and YTD KPIs - defining the relevant KPIs and setting up the tools, reports and queries, including leading and lagging indicators.
• Own the Year End Estimate of Israel business every period- Forecast of Full P&L, from Topline (GSV, TE, NSV) to Earnings and NCFO.
• Reviews ICP changes and effects of sourcing and currencies on shape
• Supports pricing strategy, preparing MAC analysis by ranges, channels, reviewing parameters such as TE, mix, trends and recommending options to Market head and demand leaders
• Own the Strategic Revenue Management initiatives leading the local price increase
• Drive scenario planning based on critical business assumptions
• ROI checking for promos and campaigns- in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Budget tracking of Israeli unit.

Qualifications:

• Fluency English - Must
• Strong credibility with stakeholders, able to influence and challenge to achieve results
• Knowledge in financial operations, accounting standards and processes
