Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technological projects, focusing on infrastructure and advanced communication solutions.

The role includes full responsibility for project delivery, coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and driving initiatives for process improvement, operational efficiency, and implementation of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical specialists.
• Lead and oversee projects in the area of infrastructure and communication solutions.
• Analyze needs, plan and manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor execution.
• Work closely with clients, system engineers, internal departments, and external vendors.
• Lead process optimization initiatives: identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, provide ongoing reporting, and manage project risks.

• Experience working with NetSuite CRM – a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing teams- mandatory.
• Technical background or familiarity with infrastructure and communication systems-mandatory.
• Previous experience working with business or institutional clients- a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
