Hardware Team Lead

Solargik is looking for an experienced and motivated Hardware and Electronics Team Leader to lead the domain in a cutting-edge solar energy company. This role includes direct managing of a team of 4 experienced engineers, driving hardware development projects, and supporting the product lifecycle from requirements definition through design, testing, and transition to production.

What will YOU do?

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 experienced engineers, including training, guidance, and performance management
• Take ownership of complex hardware and I&C projects, ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams
• Drive integration efforts across departments:

-Firmware/software development

-Project engineering

-Product management

-Manufacturing & assembly

-Testing and validation

• Oversee the design and development of:

-AC/DC power circuits

-PCBA boards for device control

-IT/OT infrastructure for power generation sites (advantage)

-IoT style sensors system development

• Support and guide system-level design for instrumentation, control, and power management

What will YOU bring with you?

• At least 5 years of experience in electronics, hardware, or electrical engineering, including:

-AC/DC circuit design

-PCB design for control systems

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with system-level thinking.
