IT Procurement Specialist – Join Our Technology Procurement Team

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Procurement Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing complex procurement processes within the technology space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT procurement requests across various business units, including identifying and evaluating procurement alternatives.
• Conduct pricing processes, including in-depth data analysis and comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve commercial terms.
• Lead commercial negotiations with local and international vendors.
• Manage licensing, software, hardware, and service agreements with a deep understanding of various licensing models such as SAAS, ELA, and Perpetual.
• Support procurement committee processes, ensuring collaboration with relevant stakeholders and alignment between commercial terms and legal agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement - Must
• Bachelor’s degree required – preference for degrees in Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel – including advanced functions and the ability to conduct cost modeling and decision-making analysis - Must
• Solid understanding of technology procurement and software licensing models.
• Strong teamwork and organizational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
