We're Hiring: Salesforce Administrator

📍 Location: Ramat Gan | Hybrid work model

We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Information Systems team. In this dynamic and high-growth environment, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce platform across various business units.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define and implement system improvements and support strategic business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Join a dedicated team responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce modules across Electra Group.
• Serve as administrator for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Design and optimize business processes in a highly integrated enterprise environment.
• Deliver solutions using a mix of declarative tools (point-and-click), code, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Create documentation, design solutions, and conduct testing based on Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and undefined business processes.
• Act as a Salesforce focal point for hundreds of users across the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors, support teams, and external service providers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including security and automation tools
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Salesforce implementation experience – an advantage
• Experience with Service Cloud, OwnBackup, or Docomotion – a plus
• Salesforce Administrator Certification – a plus
• Experience in a large or global organization – an advantage
• Strong understanding of sales and service business processes
• Organized, proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
