Project Manager Team Lead

We’re hiring a Head of Project Managers

A large and leading organization in Tel Aviv is looking for a Team Leader of Project Managers to join the Imaging & Advanced Technologies Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct management of a team of professional Project Managers.
• Overall responsibility for the team’s work plan, task allocation, prioritization, workload management, quality assurance, performance metrics, and monitoring.
• Leading complex, cross-organizational projects from initiation to implementation, including timeline, budget, risk and change management, and sensitive stakeholder coordination.
• Developing systemic and technological solutions for medical and business needs, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Managing system maintenance, incident investigation, and troubleshooting, in collaboration with external software vendors.
• Driving innovation processes such as evaluation and adoption of new technologies, advanced methodologies, and management tools.
• Collaborating with additional tech teams to ensure solution quality and cross-functional alignment.
• Managing internal stakeholder relationships, including clinical, service, marketing, operations, and finance units.
• Coaching and developing team members, providing professional guidance and personal mentoring, and enhancing their skills in project management, analysis, and system specification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management- Must.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Project Managers and/or System Analysts- Must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis and writing specifications- Must.
• Proficiency in SQL- Must.
• Experience in development- Advantage.
• Previous work experience in complex organizational environments- Advantage.
• Broad technological knowledge and familiarity with imaging systems- Advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as OutSystems, Predictive Modeling, FHIR- Advantage.
