Regional Project Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement

The Delivery department brings together intelligence, data, and technology specialists to craft tailored solutions for some of the world's largest tech platforms. Within this ecosystem, the Regional Project Manager is a key operational and strategic force.

In this role, you will manage the infrastructure, processes, and project flow for our extensive regional workforce—over 150 professionals spanning Asia, Europe, and beyond. This includes freelancers, research vendors, and language experts, who support critical missions in a wide range of languages and domains.

You'll collaborate closely with Delivery teams to scope needs, design solutions, and oversee execution, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery to our Fortune 500 clients.

This role requires excellent project management capabilities, a can-do approach, a mix of logic and creativity, and the ability to "connect the dots" between technology, people, and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for cross-regional projects, from ideation to delivery, aligning workforce capabilities with evolving Delivery team needs.
• Collect and prioritize research, analysis, and language requests; translate these into actionable project plans for our global teams.
• Lead multi-stakeholder collaborations across geographies and time zones, often managing multiple, fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs, performance, and project milestones.
• Conduct market and cost-efficiency research to identify promising new regions or vendor opportunities for workforce expansion.
• Define, refine, and optimize both internal and external workflows and processes.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance project scalability, support language and regional expertise, and drive more efficient research and content workflows.
  
  

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in G Suite; strong analytical abilities and comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven ability to independently initiate, manage, and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communicator and strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Track record of working well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership presence and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, international relations, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with multicultural, distributed teams across time zones.
• Background in OSINT or other intelligence disciplines.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday).
• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier) and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Experience using BI platforms (e.g., Looker Studio) and business data systems.
