Social User Acquisition Team Lead

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and passionate Social User Acquisition Team Lead to join our marketing team and drive high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms.

What You’ll Do

As Team Lead, you’ll manage a group of social acquisition specialists and lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managers
• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targets
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube – mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High proficiency in English – both written and spoken
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in team management or mentorship
• Preferred: Experience with Reddit or native advertising platforms

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven performance marketing environments
• Familiarity with attribution tools and user journey analysis
• Passion for building and scaling user acquisition strategies from scratch
