Bookkeeper

INTRODUCTION

Join our team as a Bookkeeper in the Finance department of MAX Security in Tel Aviv, Israel! You’ll work closely with the company’s CFO and cross-functionally with all team managers and key stakeholders of the company. Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for accounting functions

- Working with customers internationally for billing and collection purposes

- Monitor and track invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers

- Handle credit card adjustments and payments

- Prepare travel reports for international trips

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English and Hebrew is mandatory

- Possession of a bookkeeping certificate

- Previous experience in similar roles (collection/customer service/banking) is an advantage

- Proficient in Excel

- Experience with SAP B1, hashvshevet and kol-natun (חשבשבת, כל נתון)
