Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

Kasha is seeking an agile, versatile, and impact-driven Product Marketing Manager who blends creativity with technical insight. You will play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. If you're passionate about user-centric communication, translating product features into customer value, and driving go-to-market (GTM) success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.

· Create product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

· Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align product vision with market needs.

· Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product and marketing decisions.

· Partner with performance and brand marketing to create campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement.

· Enable sales and support teams with training, tools, and assets that communicate product value.

· Analyze campaign and product performance data to optimize messaging and positioning.

Requirements

· 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS, e-commerce, or tech environment.

· Demonstrated ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making. Comfortable using AI to work better and faster.

· Strong understanding of user personas, customer journeys, and GTM strategies.

· Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.

· Proficiency and confidence in AI marketing automation tools ), analytics tools, and presentation platforms.

· Comfortable working with product and design teams to translate technical features into user benefits.

Comfortable taking on new challenges and figuring things out.

Nice to Have

· Experience in B2C and/or emerging markets.

· Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, and AI-based writing or design tools.

· Background in user onboarding, activation, or retention-focused marketing.
