We’re hiring a GRC Specialist for a leading financial organization in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
-Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including IT General Controls (ITGC) and capital market regulations
-Conduct risk assessments and support business continuity planning initiatives
-Contribute to the organization’s cybersecurity risk management framework
-Provide ongoing support and guidance on GRC best practices across the organization
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in information security and regulatory compliance
- Experience in writing information security policies and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of ITGC and capital market regulations
- Experience working with legal departments and privacy protection regulations
- Experience in cyber risk and/or business continuity - an advantage
