We’re Hoopo — a dynamic, fast-growing startup redefining visibility in the global supply chain — and we're looking for a super-organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office & HR Admin to join our team on-site at our Glil Yam office.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our day-to-day operations: from keeping the office running smoothly to supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and internal events. If you love creating order, helping people, and working in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you.
About Hoopo
At Hoopo, we’re transforming how global logistics operate by developing innovative tracking solutions for non-powered assets like containers, trailers, and ground support equipment. With teams in Israel and the US and customers worldwide, we’re growing fast — and building the infrastructure to scale.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin/Office/Employee Experience roles – required
- Proven experience in office management – required
- Hands-on experience with recruitment – required
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English – required
- Familiarity with Hi Bob (HRIS) advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset
- A can-do attitude, lots of positive energy, and the initiative to make things happen
- Ability & motivated to come to the office at least four days a week (offices are in Gill-Yam)
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Employee Wellness:
- Manage office supplies, orders, and relationships with vendors (cleaning, groceries, etc.)
- Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Plan and execute employee celebrations, birthdays, and office events
- Assist in company-wide employee experience initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
- Track and manage employee travel reports and petty cash
- Communicate with accounting and support HR budget tracking
HR Support:
- Support and coordinate onboarding & offboarding processes
- Support the HR team with full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, coordinating
- Promote our internal culture and team engagement
- Support internal communications and employee feedback initiatives
