Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder – B2B SaaS (Healthcare)

We're building a platform B2B SaaS company in the healthcare space — tackling high-need areas with a lean, execution-first approach.

Our solution support clinicians with:

• Structured chronic care tools and on the other hand
• Early screening workflows

The platform is designed for the U.S. market, with reimbursement-ready models.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO / Founding Engineer to lead development across 2 different MVP's.

• Architect, build, and deploy two distinct MVPs from scratch
• Select and manage a lean, scalable tech stack (e.g., Node.js/Python + React)
• Implement structured session logging, dashboards, reminder systems, image capture, and tagging workflows
• Lay the technical foundation for future AI/Machine Learning capabilities, specifically building the pipeline for AI-ready image ingestion and data labeling.
• Set up secure infrastructure and authentication (HIPAA-lite)
• Work directly with founding team and clinical pilots to ship, iterate, and improve fast

• Full-stack development (Node.js or Python backend + React/Next.js frontend)
• Experience building B2B SaaS platforms from 0→1
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, modular systems, and deployment best practices
• Familiar with image handling, cloud storage (AWS/GCP), and simple CV/AI API integrations
• Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, clinical software, or regulatory contexts

You’re execution-focused, product-minded, and know how to build lean — not overcomplicate. You prefer working software over pitch decks and value speed without sacrificing structure.

• You have a proven track record building and shipping B2B SaaS products
• Preferably with experience in healthcare or medical tech
• (Optional but valued): Familiarity with U.S. or LATAM reimbursement models, clinical workflows, or regulatory constraints is a plus

• Equity-first (%TBD based on experience and impact), tied to real milestones and deliverables
• Open to hybrid (equity + modest fixed) if needed for execution
• Clear path to grow into full-time CTO or remain tech lead with product ownership
