About the role:

In this role, you will manage large-scale technological outsourcing procurement processes, working with a wide range of suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will lead negotiations and manage complex end-to-end processes.

• Lead technological outsourcing procurement processes with vendors in Israel, including negotiations, contract closures, and ongoing vendor management.

• Full management of approximately 20 suppliers (about 230 outsourced employees), including welfare activities, onboarding, salary updates, referral programs, payments, and resolving employment-related issues.

• Manage offboarding processes for outsourced employees in collaboration with HR and external legal counsel.

• Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, providing high availability and fast, professional support.

• Ongoing supplier management: requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders, conducting payroll audits, monthly monitoring, and invoice approval.

• Operate according to a clear and transparent work model, including documentation, tracking, and control.

• Temporary role- for a maternity leave cover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law / economics / business administration / industrial engineering and management.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in technological outsourcing procurement.

• Strong experience in negotiations and managing complex supplier agreements.

• Full proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience working with senior management and demanding internal stakeholders, high availability and service orientation.

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and ownership of end-to-end processes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution or large corporate – Strong Advantage

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems – Advantage
