We unify data from different data sources into a centralized source of truth—powering internal efficiency, customer visibility, billing, and strategic growth. Our tools help 3PLs run warehouses smoother, retain clients through transparency, and differentiate their service in a competitive market.

Role Overview:

As VP Finance, you’ll serve as a key member of Octup’s executive team. You will own the company’s financial strategy, operations, planning, international expansion, and future fundraising rounds. This role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, ideal for a finance leader eager to help scale a data-driven SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic and financial plans.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Responsibility for reporting to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Establish scalable processes and systems suitable for a growing B2B SaaS and logistics tech environment.
• Ensure compliance with Israeli and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, legal, and banking partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with GTM, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive financial experience, including leadership roles in SaaS or tech startups.
• BA degree and CPA - A must. MBA - preferred.
• Proven experience as VP Finance, or Head of Finance reporting to the CEO in a scaling company.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics, financial modelling, and business analytics.
• Experience with international operations, SaaS billing tools, and B2B enterprise contracts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency both in Hebrew and English.
