UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer – Project-Based with Option to Join the Core Team

Radarize.Ai, an early-stage PropTech startup, is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design of a professional B2B platform for the Real Estate industry.

This is a focused freelance or contract-based project, with a clear opportunity to join the core team as our lead designer if there’s a mutual fit.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the platform’s UI/UX design system – including building a clean, intuitive, and highly functional Look & Feel

• Work with a full product spec and initial wireframes already in place

• Design professional, data-rich dashboards and workflows for real estate professionals

• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and Product Manager

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience designing complex B2B platforms or SaaS products – a must

• Strong understanding of user-centered design for professional tools and data-heavy environments

• Ability to lead the design process end-to-end – from wireframes to developer-ready files

• Full command of Figma

• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
