* Own paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).

* Segment audiences & A/B test like a pro.

* Maximize ROI & report on KPIs.

* Manage budgets & timelines.

* Automate lead capture, scoring, & workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, scripting).

* Optimize landing pages & ad content.

* Maintain data quality.

* Implement new marketing tech.

Requirements:

* 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS).

* Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn & Google Ads.

* Analytical skills & proficiency in Salesforce, GA4 (PowerBI/Tableau a plus).

* Experience applying technical solutions (scripting, APIs, automation) to drive growth

* Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Zapier or Make

* Email marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

* Superb project management & attention to detail.

* High level English

* SEO/website optimization skills (a plus).
