🧱 Role: BIM Coordinator

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (On-site)

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support BIM model management and MEP coordination processes across various AEC projects. You'll be responsible for assisting in clash detection, maintaining model accuracy, and working directly with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective project delivery. You’ll take part in coordination meetings, contribute to developing technical solutions, and help streamline project workflows using advanced BIM tools.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM model management and multidisciplinary systems coordination using Revit and BIM tools
• Identify design clashes across disciplines and offer solutions for a variety of projects
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to process improvements and technical solutions
• Help ensure that models meet project deadlines and design requirements
• Maintain high-quality standards and support project progress tracking
• Apply internal BIM protocols and support project team alignment with coordination workflows

• Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in an architecture or structural design firm
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM360/ACC
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• High personal responsibility, strong work ethic, and time management skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in advanced BIM technologies and tools
