Job Title: Head of Cloud Services Unit – Azure Solutions

Job Description:

A unique opportunity to join a leading tech company and establish a new Cloud Services unit that will deliver Microsoft Azure-based solutions to our clients. This role offers full responsibility for the technological leadership of the domain, building an end-to-end cloud services infrastructure, recruiting a team of cloud experts, developing methodologies and processes, and transforming the unit into a self-sustaining technological and business arm within the organization.

The role includes:

• Full development and implementation of advanced cloud solutions
• Designing and optimizing DevOps processes
• Managing cloud budgets (FinOps)
• Planning and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
• Ensuring cloud security and delivering ongoing support and service optimization for end-users

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishment of a new cloud services unit based on Microsoft Azure
• Designing and implementing end-to-end cloud solutions: including DevOps, FinOps, Cloud Security, and DR
• Infrastructure development and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Defining best practices, methodologies, and operational procedures
• Recruiting, managing, and professionally leading a team of cloud engineers
• Guiding clients through cloud migration and infrastructure optimization
• Providing technological consulting and leading complex cloud projects for clients

Requirements:

• Significant experience (at least 5 years) working with Microsoft Azure cloud services – mandatory
• Expertise in FinOps, DevOps, Cloud Security, and Disaster Recovery solutions – mandatory
• Proven experience in end-to-end cloud infrastructure implementation – mandatory
• Experience managing or leading technological teams – strong advantage
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) – advantage
• Experience developing CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps environments – advantage
• Strong systems thinking, business orientation, and service mindset
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership and process-driving capabilities
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
