Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities in the Prepaid, Travel SIM, and Private Market Resellers segments.

The role includes managing marketing efforts related to these business areas, working with the Marcom department and advertising agency, independently preparing and adjusting designs, managing the digital assets of the activity, as well as overseeing social media influencers and content creators.

Responsibilities include identifying and initiating potential partnerships, creating marketing work plans, conducting market analysis and reports, and managing and planning the marketing budget.

You will lead marketing projects both internally and in the field, implement and monitor work processes, ensure sales quality and professionalism, and drive internal and external stakeholders including field resellers.

The role also includes the daily management and supervision of physical visibility of distributors and booths nationwide, and handling both ATL and BTL marketing communications.

Requirements:

• Strong operational orientation – mandatory
• Proven experience in marketing and advertising – mandatory
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory
• Experience with Canva – strong advantage
• Hands-on field experience – strong advantage
• Sales and/or reseller experience – strong advantage
• Familiarity with the company’s products – advantage
